On June 24, 2006. Your Auction and Realty Co. held a personal and real estate auction for me in Clarkson, Ky (Grayson Co.)

After parting with my home of eighteen years and all the personal items, that had belonged to my husband, it has taken awhile to settle in a new place. I am now ready to appreciate what your auction company did for me. Your entire staff so compassionately, with total honesty and professionalism, before, during and after the sale meant a great deal to me. You loaned me a tent, and the auctioneers tried to get every dollar that each item was worth. The auction took all day, over 300 people attended. I am proud to tell you and your crew of the compliments that you received. Everyone from my family, friends, neighbors and some of whom I didn't even know commented on how well everyone worked as a team, showing great professional skills.

However there is one person I must always be grateful to, Pat Gibson. Immediately after the auction date was set, he help in every way, devoting many hours making sure the auction was well publicized and almost every week-end, he helped me organize the items for auction. He made phone calls, when I didn't have the answers. So without any reservations, I would highly recommend your services as Realtors, and Auctioneers to anyone. Once again a big Thank You, and give all your staff my highest regards.

On Saturday, October 3, 1998 the Alexander-Butler Auction and Realty Co. conducted an auction for us to settle the estate of Mrs. Maudle Leona Burba of 655 Meade Springs Road, Brandenburg, KY 40108. Mrs. Wanda Compton is an associate With Alexander Butler Auction and Realty Company. Recently, Mrs. Compton managed the listing and sale of my house. 

First, I contacted Mrs. Compton she explained the procedure and made it very clear to me what expenses I would incur and the procedures that would need to be followed.

To All At Alexander and Butler Auction and Realty

This last summer I was on vacation . I had the opportunity to visit the Breckinridge County area with a friend who lived there almost all her life.  In a week I fell in love with this beautiful area of Kentucky. As I was traveling around I found a house for sale and fell in love with Hardinsburg area.

When I got back home to Los Angeles my mind was still in Hardinsburg and thinking of that beautiful home on Lakeshore Drive. After a couple of weeks of dreaming how retirement would be in Kentucky I decided to purchase my dream home. My friends family recommended Alexander and Butler as they has used their services in the past with high praise.

I could hardly believe I could buy a house two thousand miles away without going back to Ky. To my amaze Alexander and Butler made my dream a reality. In a little over a month with phone and fax my deed of trust to my dream home was in my hand. They also helped me with many other services like property management.

I have bought and sold many houses in the Los Angeles area and I only wish they would have been handled as efficient as this one.
